The location was perfect. You could walk just about anywhere in Jackson Hole. As for staff, Savannah could not have been more helpful. You help with requests at the club and a couple of dinner reservations at other restaurants.
Night of check in, the gentleman was very accommodating. Happy to see fruit water available near the elevator. Ladies who manned the desk the rest of the weekend not so attentive. No fruit water was there again :( - even after I had inquired about it. Carpet in room and hallways needs replaced. Laundry in room huge bonus. Our hairdryer did not work, had to wait at desk for more than 30 min to get a new one...
Breakfast was good (wish it was available a little earlier in the morning). Restaurant was excellent, the best food we had on the trip.
The hotel's location in the downtown area was ideal. Being within walking distance of restaurants would certainly enhance a romantic date. It was wonderful that we were able to enjoy the convenience of nearby dining options. A central location can truly add to the overall experience of a getaway. We definitely had a memorable time!
Staff was so friendly and being local shared so much information. The pack and run breakfast was perfect and varied!
Location, Breakfast, Room with kitchen, living, bedroom, great shower, washer, dryer in unit, balcony, right in tow, everything walkable, easy to drive to Tetons and Yellowstone. Staff was great! Restaurant great. Some parking inside garage just off of lobby.
We liked the grab and go breakfast variety, especially the muffins and granola from the Bunnery Bakeshop. And, the breakfast was available for a long period of time. Staff were really nice.
The staff was so nice and full of important info. We arrived early and they were very nice about it. We went into town after some great suggestions from them (one was Heather), and they texted us when our wonderful room as ready.
Excellent location walking distance to the main square. Spacious, light breakfast included.
